Here’s how to activate your service:
1. Call 931-364-4390 to speak to one of our Sales Representatives.
2. Provide your account information including name, address, email and preferences for billing. Plus mention that you live in a “QuickConnect” neighborhood.
3. You may be requested to scan the QR code on your in-home router.
4. Discuss what speed plan best fits your internet requirements, for example, will you be streaming movies, working from home, have students at home, maintain multiple smart devices, etc.
United will quickly activate your account so you can enjoy fast and reliable internet.
