Step 1

Installation of United Business internet and phone services[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

Step 2

Download, print out, and complete the Contract Buyout Form [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

Step 3

Send an email with the requirements below to[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”required-information”]

Required information:

  • Email subject line should include Your Business Name, Your Business Account Number, and Contract Buyout Request
  • Attach a copy of the entire business services communication bill(s) from the business’s previous service provider(s) with early termination fees circled and the account holder name and service address clearly marked. (Acceptable file formats include .jpg or .pdf only).
  • Complete Contract Buyout Form. Include all reimbursable early termination fees

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Upon receipt of the required information forms and verification of eligibility, a check payment in the amount equal to the early termination fee(s) charged by your previous provider(s) on your business services communication bill(s), will be mailed to your mailing address listed on your United Communications business account. Amount not to exceed $500. Limit 1 form/offer per business service address.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
